Policy regarding the use of cloud services

Related to information exchange between DISCO Corporation (“DISCO”) and current or potential customers, DISCO has received requests from customers regarding the use of various services that utilize a customer-designated cloud (“customer-designated cloud services”). (“Cloud” refers to a system that stores data to internet-based servers or storage, and “services” includes but is not limited to order/supply systems and electronic signature systems.) If DISCO uses the customer-designated cloud service in response to any such request, the customer shall hold DISCO harmless from any claims, demands, damages, loss, liability, or expense arising out of, relating to, or in connection with an information leak accompanying use of the customer-designated cloud service (including but not limited to leaks due to hacking, unauthorized access, viruses, system design defects, or operational errors).

The customer is deemed to have agreed to the above conditions once DISCO has begun use of the customer-designated cloud service.
