The Board of Directors takes into consideration the balance of knowledge, experience, and abilities associated with business along with knowledge of innovation and technology, and strives to ensure its diversity through electing members based on suitability from an international and gender diversity standpoint as well.
In addition, DISCO aims for a "Female director ratio of 30% or higher" in terms of gender diversity.
