The TM11 series realizes higher rigidity which exceeds that of electroformed blades by employing a high-rigidity metallic bond. This blade is expected to prevent wavy and slanted cutting and improve processing speed. Even in applications which require thin blades, the TM11 series achieves highly straight processing with improved processing speed and quality due to the high rigidity, which also make the TM11 series optimal for applications that require high blade exposure.
Compared to existing blades, wavy cutting is less likely to occur with the TM11 series due to its higher rigidity.
